There is a small number of parents who would choose no school uniform over school uniform. Most parents prefer school uniforms because: 1) It prevents their children from being late due to the fuss of having to choose and outfit every morning 2) School uniform minimizes school bullying about looks and dress because everyone looks the same 3) They don't have to buy their kids a lot of clothes just so they can wear something different all the time 4) Minimizes the washing load see the link below for more info parentuniformsurvey.com/php/40058711/sch?
The amount of fabric needed to make a school uniform varies depending on the style and size of the uniform. Generally, a basic shirt may require about 1 to 2 yards of fabric, while pants or skirts might need 1.5 to 3 yards. For a complete uniform set, including a shirt, pants or skirt, and possibly a blazer, you might need approximately 4 to 6 yards of fabric in total. Always consider the specific patterns and sizes when calculating fabric requirements.

It depends on what option you are talking about and also the school's way of doing things. My school does 4 credits of spanish and they are all at the same school
I'm Chinese, but I'm raised here, and they DO NOT wear aeropostale and Hollister. That's what I wear. Some Chinese schools rewuire a uniform...a not very attractive uniform... (trust me, I visited last year) in China, fashion is not what kids care about the most, grades are so...nothing 2 fancy or cool, something their mom picked out 4 them or tshirts w/ weird English on them...im not trying 2 sound racist here, cuz im Chinese, but im just saying their fashion sense...yah
