残りの生涯中ではあなたとともにいたい => 'Nokori no shougai chuu de WA anata to tomoni itai' [literally: Throughout/for the rest of my life I want to be with you]

Or 君とともに余生を送りたい => 'Kimi to tomoni yosei wo okuritai'. [literally: I want to spend the rest of my days with you.] This one is informal. First is recommended since Japanese promotes polite language.
