"Hereditary Leadership is a personality trait that passes from parent to child that allows them to be a strong person and a good leader with groups of people."

Not true at all. This is a lie propagated by "noble" families "old money" and other parasites pretending to be human.

I have many deep character flaws. I am not a strong person but when I walk into a room everyone stops talking and looks at me. I can command. I have never tried to lead but in my career I have been forced into management I am not tall or pretty or "strong" but I command.

Some leaders are insane, criminal, addicts, perverts, all kinds of terrible people. People have always listened to me, done what I said, rallied behind my plan. The idea that it is because we are "strong" is stupid bigotry. At my weakest people always try to protect and defend me so that's not it.

And no, I don't know what it is.

Maybe the need to lead and to follow is a terrible leftover from caveman days, like war and rape.

Maybe its pheromones or something.
