"Ita est ut dicis" means "it is as you say." It only works when speaking to one addressee. For more than one, use "ita est ut dicitis." There is no good way to directly translate "you are right," because there is no Latin word for "right" that has quite the same meaning as the English word, especially when applied to a person (rather than a sentence or a formula, etc.).
