There are a lot of names in English that do not have an Arabic equivalent. "Yvonne" is one of them. It is French female diminutive based on the name of a Catholic Saint (Yves). Since that is the origin, there is nothing even close in Arabic.

Yvonne presents a problem as there is no "v" in Arabic, I will transliterate it as EE-Fon, which is as close as it gets: إيفون
