A B would be 3.0. 2.95 is more like a B-.
If a scholarship or athletic eligibility depends on you maintaining a B average, that almost certainly means "3 or higher". 2.95 is not good enough, sorry.
It depends on the school, though, because at many schools, a B is a 3.0, but an average between 2.86 and 3.15 is considered a "B average," with B-minus in the range of 2.50 to 2.85.
B/b+/a
2625 x 1= 2625

No. A 3.0 GPA is a B average. So it is a good GPA
Simple math... (3.61/4.0)x100=90.25% So, your GPA is 90.25%, which is quite good(I have the same one ;P ), but it will be useful, if you could gain at least 4-5% more, it would increase your chances of acceptance :)
2.5 GPA is the lowest "B". 2.16 is a "C" Average.
Usually they kick you out of the college for that low of a grade. Expect a letter.
B+ or A-
A 2.8 GPA gives you a B- /B average give or take.
A 3.0 GPA would be a b
IF A 4.0 IS AN A+ AND A 3.0 IS A B THEN IT WOULD BE IN THE MIDDLE, SO A .O1 ADDED WOULD BE AN A- BUT IF SUBTRACTED IT WOULD BE A B+.
