A good name for a pier, you say? Hm... How about, "Moonlight Walk" or "Sunrise View" or "Shining Pier" or "Ocean Overlook". I think those are pretty good. What I would do if none suit the pier, is to think of something pretty, and then add a name that sounds good with it that might mean pier.
