Depends on the poem. There are a number of poems that begin that way.
Take any number, multiply by 15% and you have 15% of that number. 100x15% is 15. 15 is 15% of 100.
15 is a composite number. 11 is a prime number.

A poem with 30 units. A stanza is a unit within a poem. There are a number of standard stanzaic forms, although I am not familiar with any poem specifically composed of thirty stanzas.
