There aren't really any Arabic names that mean "wolf." Wolves have a strongly negative connotation in Arabic culture as unclean and vicious animals (regardless of whatever nature they truly have). As a result, it would not be advisable to name yourself or anyone else anything derivative of wolf, coyote, or dog, as these would send similar messages to Arabs.
