Do you mean cystitis? This is infection in the bladder, usually making it painful to pass urine. More common in women than men becasue of the shorter urinary tract. Increasing your fluid intake helps, as does cranberry juice but if you don't feel better in a couple of days you need to see a doctor for treatment.
