Frankly, if you're not willing to take the time to go to UCLA's own web page and look for this answer yourself, you don't deserve to get in.
If you were to do that, however, you'd find that they don't base admissions strictly on GPA. A 4.0 won't necessarily get you in; a 3.0 won't necessarily keep you out.

No its not enough to get UCLA .I gradueted from UCLA and my gpa was 4.214 . But i think they will accept people with 3.85 gpa .Always try hard and do your best.

it depends on the major and how many extracurriculars you did, because you're definitely going to need them if your GPA is that low
