There is no Hebrew word for brisket, and it's not a common food in Israel. You would just describe it any of the following ways:

  • דַד (dahd) bosom, breast, nipple, teat
  • ×—Ö²×–Öµ×” בָּקָר (khazeh baqar) cattle chest
  • עָטִין (atin) udder, teat
  • חוֹד הַחָזֵה (khod ha-khazeh) chest tip
  • חוד ×”×—×–×” של בהמה (khod hakhazeh shel behema), "a tip of cattle chest"
