At Harvard, we don't go by the traditional credit hour system--instead we have half and full credits. One must have 32 half credits to graduate, i.e. 4 classes a semester, as each class is usually a half credit. As to the tuition fees, I believe "15 credit hours" would fall halfway between taking 3 or 4 courses a semester (closer to four), and so I assume it would be half the school year's tuition: $25,000. Source: I am a senior at Harvard.
The in-state tuition for the University of Maine at Augusta is $217 per credit hour.
Tuition cost for undergraduate programs at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania is around $81,378 per year.
