Regis is the only Catholic school in America that doesn't have to lock their lockers because they have a trust treaty i just figured that out and it's online too. Isn't that neat?

they have the right to search lockers because the lockers are propert of the school and they payed for them
Most middle schools have lockers because you switch classes. But some may not though.
Most schools have gotten rid of lockers because they get broken into. Call your school and ask them.

At my school, kids have lockers in their classrooms in 4th and 5th Grade, and then in 6th through 8th grade you get lockers in the hallway. i live in England and we don't have lockers :(
