Objective of the experiment - What you plan to accomplish or to learn through this experiment, generally this section is only 2-3 sentences

Procedure - How you go about the experiment, include tools and the steps you used, but use paragraph form. The detail must be clear enough for someone to recreate the experiment

Data - The results of your experiment. This information may be collected into charts or graphs.

Analysis - What you noticed or observed. State relationships between data or ongoing trends, and if you noticed any mistakes, include them here

Conclusion - This is the hardest part of a lab report. This part must explain what you observed in four parts. First, restate the objective. Second, discuss the methods used in the procedure. Third, analyze any possibility of error. And lastly, discuss whether or not the data supported the objective.
