Wartburg is a proper-name.

But you can translate it in this way.

Wart = Warte = Look-out

Burg = castle In practice, as suggested above, one does not translate place names, and doing so can create problems. For example, there are about eight places in England called Ashford. It is easy enough to translate that into German, but the result (in this case Eschenfurt) is utterly bewildering.
