'Ya' like 'yea, aite' in spoken could be translated to Japanese to 'hai' , 'hai hai' , 'sou da' , 'okke' , 'un' ( reads oon) , 'aa' and etc.

'Ya' like in 'yall' meaning 'you', usually is implied from the tone or dialect of speaking Japanese, since most of the time 'pronouns' are dropped in the language. But close terms for it could be 'kimi' , 'temee' , 'anta' etc.
