NASA has not sent a rover to Saturn. Instead, rovers have been sent to Mars, where NASA's Mars rover missions, such as the Curiosity rover and the Perseverance rover, have been exploring the Martian surface.

There have been seven attempts at sending rovers to Mars of which four landed successfully.
The Rovers or The Blues
There are currently no lunar buggies (rovers) on the moon. The Apollo Lunar Rovers from the 1970s were used for exploration and have not been operational since. In recent years, various countries and organizations have been working on developing new rovers for future missions to the moon.
"Spirit" and "Opportunity". Those two were sent in January, year of 2004. Before that a small one called "Sojourner". And now "Curiosity", of course. So that's 4 altogether. That's not counting those that failed.

No,, there have never been, nor will there ever be rovers on Jupiter. Jupiter is a gas planet. It has no surface on which to land. However, a rover might one day land on one of Jupiter's many moons.
