What should I do for high school if I did online my whole life and i hate public schools?

I have a hard time sleeping, so online school is nice for that reason. (ie: i can wake up whenever I want)
the classes take less time
I can bend it to my schedule
I can still do school sports
CONS:
i wont be prepared for college
i really want to experience it
please help me!! i dont know what to do and its really stressful
