I would Personally say that it was the Battle of Kursk in the July of 1943, Which Consisted of an Axis force of 3,000 tanks,900,000 infantry and 2,110 aircraft whereas the Soviet forces were 3,600 tanks, 1,300,000 infantry and supporting troops and 2,792 aircraft.

Therefore, the battle consisted of 6,600 tanks, 2,200,000 Infantry and 4,802 Aircraft. If this isn't the Largest battle in the world it is at least the largest Tank battle in history
