The Moyne Commission was an in depth analysis of the British Caribbean colonies and what were the causes and effects of the strikes and rioting that occured in the 1930s, mainly from 1935-1938. Lord Moyne was sent from Britain and among other things suggested that the economy by revamped and that the possibility of full adult suffrage be seriously considered.
