you speak when the teacher gives an affirmitive sign for you to talk, if your in the hallway YOU DO NOT SPEACK, if your in a line ziiiiiip your mouth if your at lunch talk at a low voice at lunch only talk to the person in font of you to the left of you or to the right of you you may speack to people side ways from you but not behind you or at a nother table, and you also can not talk when the teacher's talking or when sombody else is talking, you can also talk at reccess as much as you want just not super duper loud unless its an emergency or somebody's hurt, or in the bus you talk in a LOW voice so the bus driver can drive safeley and no distractions if your out of the school you can talk freely there are also voice levels you should know ( level 0 zero talking)( level 1 quiet talking )(level 2 normal voice)(level 3 to get the teachers attention with a loud vouice)(level 4 an emergency or some bodys hurt)
