It has seemed to me that the college mails the Pell Grant out at the end of the semester. However in researching the Federal Statutes I have found that Pell Grant funds can actually be dispersed as soon as a verified financial statement FaFsa (?SP) has been completed. 34CFR668.164F. Many school disperse the funds to student s on the 1st day of class or at the end of the add/drop period 34CFR690.7607. But according to the Feds there are several payment optionsCFR690.61. I think schools just hold onto the monies which belong to us, the students, as long as they legally can and collect mega bucks in interest.
It should be by the end of November

A demand deposit account, or dda, is a checking or savings account where the owner can write checks that can be negociated by the payee. It's uncommon for legitimate sweepstakes or commission disbursement institutions to require payment or personal information to claim an award. Verify the credibility of the institution before proceeding with any requests for payment or personal details.
