Well, the mangas still going, so we cant say yet, but in the ANIME...well, no one ends up together, and Haruhi pays off her debt. But Tamaki gets engaged to this girl from France, Eclaire, and if he marrys her his grandmother will allow him to see his mother again and the host club will be no more. dissolved. But the Ouran Host Club tries to stop him, but the fbi-like people stop them, so Hunny and Mori beat them up, and Hikaru and Kaoru and Haruhi take the carriage, but Hikaru goes too fast and they go flying out, Hikaru breaks his arm, and Haruhi decides to go after Tamaki. She takes the carriage and takes after him, and when she gets up to his car, she tells him the Host Club would be nothing without him, and that they all love being in it, even her, and she holds out her hand, but Eclaire holds onto Tamaki when he reaches out for Haruhi, and then Haruhi falls off the bridge, and Eclaire lets go of Tamaki, and he jumps after her. They end up hugging and falling into the river together. Then the Host Club is back, and Haruhi stays in it. Normally the mangas are better than the anime, but I think the OHSHC anime is better than the manga

In the manga it is revealed that he does. So does Kaoru, which makes Kaoru and Hikaru have a REAL fight! Afterwards, they make up, but Hikaru dies his hair brown or black i am not sure, so they can be told apart, and it suited him really well too. Kaoru gave up Haruhi for Hikaru, though he still sorta had feelings for her, Hikaru was more important to him. Hunny, Mori, and obviously, Kaoru, was all for Hikaru and Haruhi couple! They all supported him, but Kyoya said he didn't care how it went. Meanwhile, Tamaki is also in love with Haruhi, but he's such an idiot he doesn't know it yet;) In the anime, I wanted Tamaki and Haruhi to be together, but now that they say Hikaru is in love with her, I think he deserves her more and they make SUCH a better couple. Plus Hikaru deserves her more:) EDIT: (SPOILER) Kaoru also confesses his love for Haruhi and kisses her on the cheek in Ch.52. However, in Ch.81/82 Tamaki and Haruhi start confessing their love for each other and kiss! :S
In ouran host club who does haruhi end up with?
It depends on where you are wondering. In the anime, no one REALLY ends up with her and no one confesses their love to Haruhi but you can obviously tell (IE Tamaki, Hikaru, Kaoru) that they love Haruhi. Although Honey and Mori do care about her, they do not have romantic interest. And Honey says that Kyouya is even more dense about his feelings for Haruhi. In the anime, we will never know if he really loved her. But he does care about her (like all the hosts). But in the last episode, Tamaki saved Haruhi when she fell off the bridge. So you would think he ends up with her. But you never OFFICIALLY know who she ends up with. You just assume that, Tamaki is the best choice for Haruhi so he ends up with her. But in the manga, Kaoru, Hikaru, and Tamaki directly confess their love to Haruhi. While Kyouya in the last chapter says he agnoledged her, but wasn't interested because she couldn't bring merit to the Ootori family. Also, that he had something far more precious, and he didn't want to ruin it. But in the manga, Haruhi (and Tamaki) realize they are in love withn each other, and in the end, they move in together while they go study abroad in America (but it doesn't last long cause the rest of the host club follows them and they all study abroad)
