I can say with 100% confidence "yes" there are dental Assisting programs in Indiana. However, its a matter of finding one that is in close proximity to you and one that has the appropriate accreditation. If you take a program offered by a private for-profit institution, the course work you complete will not be accepted - in most cases - at a college or university should you decide at a later date to continue your education to a higher level. For example, a significant number of Dental Assistants would like to enter the field of Dental Hygiene - which is a college level Associates in Applied Science degree at a community college. Thus, their general education courses as well as their professional phase courses will not be accepted at a college offering the Dental Hygiene program. Thus, your best bet is to find a community college that offers a Dental Assisting program with a latter program to Dental Hygiene should you decide to make this move at a later date. If not, you can be assured your work will be recognized as valid by other institutions and future employers.
You can find a college that fits your needs by going to www.collegeboard.com/splash/ and use their College MatchMaker search engine. Here you can search for a college by name of institution, by major, and by geographical area. Make sure the institution has a full accreditation by the regional accreditation agency whose area of responsibility the college or university lies.

A Dental Assistant for sure!
That depends on what country you come from. But if you have all your A levels and you have proof you have what it takes then you already have it but I think you still have to do extra courses.
