In a separate last line of the letter just like in English, 敬具 /kei go/ is the equivalent of 'Yours Sincerely' and such in Japanese, best paired with 拝啓 /hai kei/ in the beginning as equivalent of 'Dear Sir' etc.

if you are sending a letter on the right hand corner you write the address of whom this letter is for then on the other line you write dear remember at the end of your letter to write sincerely, love, your friend, etc.
