I don't know what the smallest college in the world is, per se, but I do know about the smallest prestigious college in the US. It's Deep Springs College in California's Death Valley. It accepts between 10 to 15 students out of a 150-200 applicants. So yes, you can be accepted, but the odds are really low since the admissions rate is comparable to Harvard or Yale. There are usually around 26 students in the whole college. All students transfer out after two years as it is not a degree-granting institution. Most students transfer to elite institutions like the Ivy League, Stanford, Duke, Williams, etc. to finish up their final two years.
