To my knowledge, the three most complex/difficult sounding languages would be Arabic, Chinese, and Turkish.
Arabic - The language does not transliterate well into the Latin alphabet, there are also many rules involved with written grammar and tenses. Furthermore, the spoken language has only three vowels, and two diphthongs.
Chinese - The most notable aspect of the Chinese language is the number of morphemes in the written language. However, memorizing these characters is not all that is required to properly speak Chinese. Spoken Chinese is tonal and has different tones to convey varying meanings and emotions (four in Mandarin, seven in Cantonese). Western speakers usually have a hard time mastering this strict tonal analysis and it is said that because the tonal analysis in Chinese is so strict, many native Chinese speakers have perfect pitch.
Turkish - The Turkish language is extremely agglutinative. So much so in fact, that it is said to be impossible to learn after a certain age because there is no other language quite like it. For instance, it is not uncommon to convey entire sentences as a single word.
