Are your caregivers supportive with this, without being negative or punitive? If so, get them on board. They would be ideal, since they are likely to be around right at the moments that are most difficult for you. If they aren't an option, talk with the hardest working friend (NOT necessarily the smartest) you have and get some tips. I have nothing against smart people, but they can often get by with a minimum of effort and this can lead to life-long bad habits. I'm one of 'em and boy would I change some things if I could go back. Just saying.
There isn't any good sites that gives good advice. The best advice is to get the information in person from a good person that you know and trust. You can go into a chat room or Facebook but they aren't good sites for advice.

A person that can provide you with good debt advice would be your financial planner. A financial planner can be found at a bank. Preferable a bank that you trust.
If he does not get good grades, he does not do his homework.
When there is good reason you did not do your homework you have a valid excuse.
A good time to do homework is as soon as you get home from school.
Getting advice on bond investments is only a good idea if you personally trust that person. Advice from banks & brokers is worthless, as they have self interest. If you want to buy stocks, do research yourself, or stay away from it.
'Omaka' good luck with your homework. thanks I will have good luck with my homework
There are a number of sites one can visit to get advice on credit counseling. One can find such advice at the 'National Foundation for Credit Counseling' or 'Better Business Bureau' who have a good advice on choosing a credit counseling agent.
