Why are babies balls big?

Actually they are not big. The scrotum is bigger looking because the child is so small. They will not grow more than twice their size in his life time, so it looks huge because they start out larger than other parts of their body. The average testicle is about the size of an English Walnut, so half that size is large for a baby.
