Sometimes, it is how they were brought up, sometimes its because they are immature and dont want to deal with reality, sometimes, its because it has happened to them and they are suspicious of others. Sometimes, its because it is the easier thing to do, people are desperate at times and once they start lying and decieving they have to continue to cover their tracks.
