Tell the truth. There is always something a person does not like about their job even though the rest of it is good. Think of the least appealing aspect of it. As an example, if you work in a fast food restaurant and you liked working with the patrons but did not like closing the store, say so. That is all there is to it. You don't have to give every thing you did not like but at least one thing needs to be put on an application or at a job interview that asks this question.
