Although I agree with your answer, its not necessarily true. While some teens are lazy and just don't feel like it, MOST teens can't. Either they lack credits, GPA is too low, or they failed a state test that won't allow them to graduate. Other reason's would be that they have problems at home, or with themselves. Mental instabilities will keep you from finishing school.
