The one thing in life that you should never hate is your body! Bodies are very important and if we start to lose confidence about are bodies that we can start to have problems. Such as eating too much and becoming obese when we think we are too skinny which is called obesity and then eating not very much when we think we are too large and becoming anorexic. If you have a problem with your body being too skinny then see your doctor and they can put you on a diet that they think is going to help you gain weight. Also, if you think you are too large that again you can go to your doctor and they can also put you on a diet that they think can help you lose some weight. Also, daily excersize is always really good.
