I thought I had read somewhere a few years ago that tuition costs have outstripped inflation by a lot - like it went up an average of 7.9% a year or more. That's the best I can remember.

If you intend on going to a 4 year college then the tuition for the classes can cost up to 20,000 to 30,000 dollars. If you plan on going to a community college the tuition can be 3,000 to 5,000, but the quality of classes might not be as great.
