Why is reading not important?

The benefits of regular reading are enormous for you such as it helps you learn new words which in turn become your new vocabulary making you more vocal and able to express yourself and explain things in a far better way than you do and reading teaches you the correct use of punctuation and grammar and dramatically improves your writing skills and your reading ability increases when you read regularly and it also stimulates your mind and gives you a greater understanding and improves your memory and you shouldn't forget the main reason for reading and that is the story which can keep you engrossed for hours so that you don't have time to be bored.

Reading is a great tool to increase vocabulary and is a reputable source of information, entertainment, history, and much more. However, reading in the dark and excessive reading that strain your eyes can damage your eyesight in such a way that would require a prescription of reading glasses. These damages can be prevented by resting your eyes when reading and reading in lighted areas

In my choice..Reading is important. But on the other hand reading is a waste of time and paper.

Reading is not important if you want to remain ignorant all of your life. Imagine going on the internet and not knowing how to read!
