We take GCSE's because we need them in later life.
If you want a job GCSE's are very important!
Just enjoy them while you can and try your best!!! :)

In addition universities look at GCSE's when you apply, so you have to do well to go to a good university.

GCSE's also help schools to separate their classes for the future, so you have to do well to be in a set with bright people.

Does the queen have any GCSEs?

No, Queen Elizabeth II did not take GCSEs, as she was educated at home and did not attend a traditional school. Her education focused on subjects deemed appropriate for a future monarch, including constitutional history, law, and languages. The GCSE system was introduced in the UK in 1986, long after her formal education.
