I doubt it, unless you have some extraordinary grades in AP courses or something; or maybe some story of working 40 hrs. a week during school.
For Duke, UNC, Vandy, etc. I've found a 1200 (CR&M) to be the bottom required. Maybe 10% of applicants with lower can get in.
