Would you seat an incapacitated person in an exit row if the passenger wanted to move to that seat?
No incapacitated person should sit in an exit row. If the
passenger wants to move to that seat, I might put him or her close,
such as one row back, to keep him from panicking. Still, it is the
responsibility of the people in the exit row to help get the others
off the plane. I would rather have the people in the exit row lift
him off the plane than have him sit there helpless.
