that all depends on how far along you are pregnancy tests can not tell that you are pregnant until at the very lest 2 weeks after conception...if you think that you had a miscarage you really should go in and see your doctor you may need a d&c it is always better to be safe than sorry...

Well......I really dont think that if you had a period two weeks ago that you would be having a miscarriage now! Umm...Did you forget a pill? Maybe take it later then normal? or maybe you are just spotting it is a side afftect of most birth control pills! but if you are really worried about it I would call your doctor!

That's just the after math sometimes this happens , as a result of your insides cleaning itself no need to panick but if it continues for more that a full week over normal you might want to think about it seriously .

I think it very much depends... if your in the first 2 years of your period I guess it's normal because your cycle won't come exacly at the same time every month. It might be another few months until you get the next one. I'd probably suggest seeing a doctor if your older and had your period for years.
