Well having little bit tension before your exams is normal. that's human nature. but some ways to reduce tension are:

1. study everything thoroughly

2. feel confident and tell yourself that there is nothing to worry about as u have done everything

3. watch tv for some time esp comedy te lighten yourself. Chat with your friends.

4. try yoga it helps.

5. even then if tou are very tensed consult a councellor.
