One of the things I can recommend is that parents and other people in every community get involved with their local educational system by going to board meetings, volunteering for homework help, classroom assistance, fund raising efforts. Parents should always go to parents events, meetings with teachers, and PTA meetings. So often parents spend so much of their time earning a living, feeding and clothing their children and transporting them to extra curricular activities they are not necessarily in touch with the day to day education of their children or the education of the children in their community. More active participation with the educational system by the community will go a long way in avoiding problems, instead of waiting to participate when problems occur or budgets are cut.
Poor educational measurement procedures can lead to inaccurate assessment of a student's abilities and progress, resulting in misplacement in appropriate educational programs or support services. It can also impact the student's self-esteem and motivation due to inconsistent feedback on their performance. Additionally, it may hinder the development of effective teaching strategies tailored to the student's needs, leading to potential gaps in learning.
Educational underachievement refers to a situation where a student performs below their potential in academic settings, often falling behind their peers in terms of grades and achievements. It can be caused by various factors such as lack of motivation, poor study habits, learning disabilities, or a mismatch between the student's abilities and the educational environment. Addressing educational underachievement typically involves identifying the root causes and implementing strategies to support the student in reaching their academic potential.
Disregarding the educational goals and vision and mission statement of the institution can lead to conflicting priorities, lack of alignment in teaching practices, and ultimately poor student outcomes. It can also contribute to a lack of coherence and direction within the institution, impacting overall academic performance and student success.

Some of the problems facing curriculum development in Tanzania include inadequate funding for curriculum development, lack of alignment with industry needs leading to a mismatch in skills, and insufficient teacher training and capacity for effective implementation. Additionally, there may be challenges in keeping up with rapid advancements in technology and changing educational trends.

The best site for educational games, in my opinion, is www.freerice.com. Not only does this site provide educational games, but it also helps feed the poor with rice.
