* Physical, psychomotor, emotional and intellectual and spiritual training can be accomplished with pragmatic base in way described above. One can make improvements in the scheme through trial and errors and learning from others' experiences.

* The encouragement and provision of opportunities should not be replaced by rituals and impositions. * Every kind of open mindedness and tolerance should be encouraged, so that better international relations can be realized.

* Perspective and conviction of Global Unity and global welfare. * Readiness to accept and introduce physiological insights and principles in the education. * Readiness and openness to have dialogue with experts in other fields. * Support from the society and government in terms of encouraaging you efforts and providing you help. * Support from media and net websites, sothat you can share your views, work and experiences and may be, inspire others!
