This phrase means that providing someone with the necessary resources is more beneficial than just trying to teach them. It suggests that practical support and tools can be more effective in helping someone learn or succeed than mere instruction.
Answer To tell a dog "no", you should say it loud, clear, low, and "mean", but not too mean that the dog cries and runs. If you do it too often, the dog will begin to think that the negative tone means nothing. "Phooey" also works in a negative tone and I use it on my dog. It's better to reward the dog for learning his mistake than for punishing him for doing it. There is a lot more if you look it up on WikiHow.comansw2. In training, there are two forms of reinforcement, carrot and stick. (Negative and positive reinforcement.) Both have their place. With children, positive reinforcement should have a larger place.
The main advantage of a direct cold water system in a dwelling is that they are much cheaper to install than an indirect system. Purely because less pipe work is needed and if at all, you will only need a small 110L storage cystern in the roof space. They also provide potable water from all draw off points because all are mains fed. There will also be a good level of pressure in the system. However, when the mains supply pipe is going under maintainance and is shut off, there will be no cold water in the property, and this problem would not occur if the system were indirect, because there would most likely be a 240L cystern in the roofspace so plenty of water if the mains fails, you can be drinking your cuppa while the property next store cant even wash there hands
Philosophical Models of Education a. Impressionist Model b. Insight Model c. Rule Model Impressionist Model: This model involves picturing the mind essentially as sifting & storing the external impressions to which it is receptive. The desired & result of teaching is an accumulation in the learner of basic elements fed in the form without, organized & processed in standard ways, but in any event, not generated by the learner himself. Insight Model: This model insists that knowledge is a matter of vision, & vision cannot be dissected into elementary sensory or verbal units that can be conveyed from one person to another. Vision defines & organizes particular experiences, & points out their significance. It is vision or insight into meaning, which makes the crucial difference between simply storing & reproducing learned sentences, on the one hand & understanding their basis & application, on the other. Rule Model: This model clearly emphasizes the role of principles in cognitive domain. The primary philosophical emphasis is on reason, & reason is always a matter of abiding by general rules or principles. The job of education is to develop character in the broadest sense, that is, principled thought and action, in which the dignity of man is manifest.
Teaching kids how to self actualize is all about helping them express themselves and giving them the freedom to do so. As long as you have a good classroom culture, a sense of community and building friendships you are providing the ground work for self actualization which is literally the feeling of knowing oneself and what one wants. Good Luck!
I think yes, people in jail do live better than homeless people. Why? People in jail get fed and have a bed. People that are homeless, dont have that kind of ability. They cant make friends, esually, they dont get fed, or get fed poorly, and they get to see people that cant help them in any sort of way.
just because they are considered consumers of waste does not mean they can go without being fed. They will be in much better health and condition when fed a varied diet.
Better to feed hay than grain but grain is better than inadequate food. Horses should be fed once a day at the same time.
this is only my opinion. I think the tube fed looks neat. I have had both styles of rifles and you will not find any difference in performance. It will be faster to load a clip than a tube fed style rifle same goes for unloading.
yes they are. machine guns are fed bullets. Gatling guns are hand cranked and have to be fed bullets at the same time. machine guns also spray bullets faster than Gatling guns.
WHICH is better: Grass-fed or Grain-fed Beef? Answer: it all depends on your taste buds and your health choices. Grass-fed beef is healthier than grain-fed because of higher vitamin and other nutrients in the meat, which is transferred from the nutrition quality of the grasses they ate. Grass-fed is slightly higher in omega-3's than grain-fed, or in other words, has a better balance of omega-3's and omega-6's than grain fed beef. Grass-fed is also leaner, less "juicier" and has a stronger beefy taste to it than grain-fed, which makes for cooking, baking or barbequing it different than the conventional grain-fed beef. All grass-fed beef comes from organic or natural producers, which means that there are no antibiotic residues nor excessive hormones in the meat, since cattle finished on grass are much healthier and do not need to have antibiotics put into their food to keep them "healthy" until they are ready to be slaughtered. The colour of the fat in grass-fed beef is different too, because of the caretonoids (sp??) in the leaves of the grasses make the fat a yellower colour. Caretonoids are found in all fruit and vegetables; it's just a chemical complex that makes the plants, fruits and vegetables the variety of colours they are. Yellow fat is healthier fat than white fat, because of the lower saturated fatty acids and higher unsaturated fats in that yellow fat, which is a common misconception by those who think that white fat "looks better" in their beef than yellow fat. Grain-fed beef is nearly the opposite of grass-fed, in all parts of the word. Grain fed is more popular, found in all conventional stores and fast food diners, and is more tender and juicier than wild meat or grass-fed beef. Some people prefer grain-fed beef because it is not as tough or wild-tasting as grass fed is; others prefer grass-fed because of the taste and the health benefits.
Horses are grazing animals and ultimately should be able to eat/graze all day- because we have domesticated them, they are normally fed twice a day morning and night. Although, some will feed three times a day which is better than being fed twice a day. Possibly but not necessarily. My animals are better fed than I am, and they jump at their food like the ones in the commercials.
I'm uncertain what the initials "FED" might mean, but the initials "NSF" stand for non-sufficient funds.
to keep the people fed all year long
i think they should be fed less than an average pig should be fed
tired of this
