Like many things, attitudes are learned (from early childhood) and new attitudes can replace old attitudes. We learn most attitudes and ways of responding from other people, often, from adults who care for us. There is no one way to learn (or unlearn, modify) attitudes; they can change from gaining knowledge, reading, experience, interactions with others, etc. Negative attitudes can be changed, but half the battle is first being aware of what attitudes we use. Positive attitudes can help us learn quicker. Negative attitudes can create obstacles to learning new things, including new attitudes.

Organizational culture influences employee behavior, attitudes, and performance. A positive culture can lead to higher job satisfaction, motivation, and productivity, while a negative culture can result in disengagement, turnover, and lower morale. Therefore, it is important for organizations to foster a culture that aligns with their values and supports the well-being of their employees.
Mate, i spent a year in a class of holigans so vile that (without sounding self righteous) were it not for myself and one other child, the teacher probably would have given up. She (the teacher) was the nicest little old woman you could have found and she was constantly abused by our classmates. I feel that because of the time she had to spend trying keep the others in line, we missed out quite a lot of stuff (although i am now as a result of her work in a really good English class). I personally think that teachers should have the right to first request an analysis for a behavioral disorder and then be able to require one if a student shows a consistantly disruptive attitude.
I'm not sure in what context this is asked, but here goes. From a psychologial point of view, everything from cultual upbringing, to peer disapproval "What a nerd! Don't talk to her), to unwanted teacher pressure (teachers love the success of a really smart student that they feel part of) to limitations imposed by self-doubt and various degrees of a lack of self-esteem ( "( I can't do this, why bother?"). Physical limitation may play a part. Undiagnosed and untreated hearing and vision problems, intellectual challenges, even threats by gangs. Hope this helps, Barry

Beliefs and attitudes impact consumer behavior by shaping their perceptions of products, brands, and advertisements. Consumers with positive beliefs and attitudes are more likely to purchase a product, while negative beliefs or attitudes can lead to avoidance or rejection. Marketers often target these beliefs and attitudes in their communication strategies to influence consumer behavior.
