There is a reason why, many.
School uniform is used to identify the school of the child sometimes and is made to make the children of that school look smart and apparently make them feel like more part of a family.
2nd reason is because family's with less money who cannot afford top designer clothes while other family's can. This could cause bullying on looks and how people are dressed. When all children wear the same outfit, everyone looks the same so there is no doubt of bullying.
I don't really like Uniform, normally because it makes every child look the same and get's rid of their amazing individuality to make them all look the same. Thought sometimes it can help.

Teachers don't have to wear school uniform because the school does not have that policy. Though they do have the policies that students in that school do have to. Casual days is a kind of treat for students that are in a school that have the policy that children have to wear the school uniform. What I say is "Why cant teachers wear uniform as well as students?" So if you are a school student wondering why than let me tell you, one day teachers will and one day we will wear casual clothes.

However, others believe that uniforms may stifle individuality and self-expression at a young age. Ultimately, it is up to the school and community to decide what works best for their students.
