No you need to go to your local department of licensing and apply for a new license in which you will need to retake your test. This is mainly due to the fact that our laws are not exactly the same.
You just need a regular drivers license to drive an RV Class A in Virginia.
I just saw him drive so apparently yes. It would be stupid to drive without a license on TV.

Towards the end of it , Yes. Since you want to do it, I assume you are banned until retested. You will need to apply for a new licence and the earliest they will issue it is about 4 weeks before your ban ends. It will be a Provisional license (yes provisional)and with its details you can book your theory test. You can also drive as a learner after the date the license becomes valid (end of the ban). I've just gone through it and managed to pass theory and practical tests 4 weeks after my ban ended. Now for the insurance.
