The rate at which electrical energy is changed to other forms of energy depends on the efficiency of the system converting the energy. In most cases, some energy is lost as heat during the conversion process, so not all electrical energy is transformed into the desired form of energy. There are many forms of energy and energy conversions, but the most common forms of energy are mechanical energy, gravitational energy, electrical energy, radiant energy, nuclear energy, sound energy, chemical energy, and thermal energy.
Helium and hydrogen
It gets converted to other forms of energy. Quite often, most of it eventually gets converted to heat, i.e., unusable energy for the most part.
I wouldn't say that electrical energy "uses" other types of energy; probably you mean that you can convert other types of energy to electrical energy. Most types of energy can be converted to electrical energy, or actually all of them (as long as there is some useful energy left) - including heat energy, nuclear energy, chemical energy, mechanical energy, etc.
On earth, most forms of energy ultimately originate from the sun. Even fossil fuels are just decomposed plant matter, which also gained energy from the sun. Alternately, other sources include nuclear, hydroelectric and geothermal sources.
