Typically, there isn't a specific fuse solely for the heater blend door in most vehicles. Instead, the blend door operation is usually controlled by the vehicle's climate control system, which may have its own fuse. If the blend door is not functioning, it's advisable to check the relevant fuses for the climate control system and any associated components, as well as the actuator and wiring. Always consult the vehicle's manual for specific information regarding fuses and components.
That's controlled by the blend door, not by a fuse.

No fuse for those symptoms. Could be low on coolant. Bad thermostat. Plugged heater core (my guess). Temp blend door problems.
The heater blend door is not run by vacuum. It is run by an electric actuator.
I do not have heat in the car and the blend door clicks. How do I access the blend door in a 2005 Ford Explorer?
How do I locate the heater blend door actuator in a Ford f150 pickup
It does not. It is cable controlled thru a "blend door". If you are having no heat, it could be because of a clogged heater core, or the cable has came off the blend door, or the blend door control.
Yes, it is possible the blend door is broken in the heat position.
There isn't one. There'll be a fuse for the HVAC blower, but the heater itself doesn't use electricity (other than the blower fan). That year Ranger should have cables going to the blend door, so there won't be electricity there.
First check the fuses then check your blower fan then check the blend door and blend door actuator and then the control panel
To fix the heater blend door on a 1997 Lincoln Continental, first, remove the dashboard and the center console to access the HVAC unit. Then, inspect the blend door actuator for any damage or malfunction and replace it if necessary. Ensure that the blend door itself moves freely and is not obstructed. After reassembly, test the heater to confirm that the temperature control works correctly.
Remove glove box liner. Blend door is located in the heater/evaporator housing. There are several kits available to repair blend door shafts as well as troubleshoot system.
