head lights would be the least of ur worries if u had a car that could travel at the speed of light cause u wouldn't have a car cause it would turn to energy.

To travel at the speed of light you would have to BE light so i guess you would became an even brighter light The switch to turn on the lights will work but no light will come on as you are already at that speed
In theory you would not see them because there is no way of the light getting to you because for that to happen you would need to travel slower than the light or the light would have to be coming from the opposed direction
Your headlights will illuminate the roadway in front of you (or the spaceway or whatever), just as if you were driving on a road and turned on your headlights under those circumstances. The light will leave the headlights at the speed of light (for the medium through which it is taveling) regardless of how fast you are going. The speed of light is a constant, no matter what your frame of reference. That is what Einstein said. The speed of light, c, is always the same (for the medium through which it is traveling), regardless of who measures it and whether or not that person is in motion relative to another observer. Both observers will get the same result measuring c. Time changes in different frames of reference, different inertial frames. That's why the speed is the same.

Technically, this question is flawed, since one of the most important rules in physics is that no matter that has mass can travel at or above the speed of light (this is why scientists argue that traveling back in time is impossible) you would need extreme force and very special circumstances. However, for hypothetical purposes, lets say that you are able to reach the speed of light. When you turn on your headlights, nothing out of the ordinary will happen. You will merely see the light speed away from you at the speed of light. It would be the same as if you were standing still in your car and turned on the headlights. This is one of the must incredible things about the speed of light (c) - it is constant for everybody. Even if you were an onlooker and you somehow saw the car go by, it wouldn't happen at twice the speed of light, it would still happen at regular (c). Going further, since the speed of the light viewed doesn't change, then what does? The time. If you are able to go near the speed of light (like .9999 times), time would go more slowly for you (compared to normal, but you wouldn't notice anything. If you look at the outside world, time would appear to be traveling faster. For example, going .9999 times the speed of light, traveling for one year would actually be 70 years for anyone else. If you were able to reach the speed of light, you will have esentially stopped time, and if you were able to go faster than the speed of light, there would be an inertial frame of reference in which you would be travelling back in time. This is actually a very touchy subject, i highly recommend reading more about it.
